The complete patch book
One document for the whole board: the signal chain, the bedroom-lead reset, the six gain stacks, and the six house tones. Current as of the Thornicus + Tom Quayle build.
Board state: Thornicus octave fuzz IN · Xotic SP OUT · Tom Quayle Dual Fusion = lead voice · compressor = open wishlist (Dynamics)
Wet/dry: the Badger is the dry/main amp running front-of-amp drive; its loop feeds the time-based effects into the Mesa as the wet amp, kill-dry. Two amps, one dry and present, one all ambience.
Low-volume leads die from three things: no power-tube saturation, Fletcher-Munson thinness, no speaker-driven sustain. This rebuilds the tone in order so each stage does its job. Start by bypassing everything, killing the wet (Mesa to zero), Badger EQ to noon.
Six front-of-amp recipes. Five Tom-Quayle-led lead voices plus the Thornicus octave fuzz as a switch-to texture. Amp + wet stay as the reset; switching stack = re-dialling the dirt only. Clock positions = knob face (7:00 min · 12:00 noon · 5:00 max).
The six ScottG voices — full patch settings across the whole rig. "Standard Issue" is the leave-on default; the other five are holidays from it. Note: these were written with the SP in the chain; where one calls for the SP, sub the Tom Quayle's compression + amp squash, or the compressor when it arrives.
